Delicious bites combining creamy peanut butter, crunchy Oreos, and Reese’s, all coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand until you have fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbs with the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth and somewhat sticky.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, ensuring they’re distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to ensure it’s well coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the baking sheet until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For high-quality flavor, opt for smooth peanut butter and consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate before dipping.
