Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand until you have fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbs with the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth and somewhat sticky.
- Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, ensuring they’re distributed evenly throughout the mixture.
- Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to ensure it’s well coated, then return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
For high-quality flavor, opt for smooth peanut butter and consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate before dipping.
